Photoshoot Investment
That’s just what this is: An investment in you. And we take your trust with this investment to heart.
Below are some initial details about our processes and investment minimums, but when you’re ready to move forward send us an email via our contact page and we’ll schedule a discovery call so we can learn more about your project and send along a quote for the scope of work.
All projects - whether it’s a family session or a commercial client - begin with this minimum investment.
All sessions have a minimum investment of $1900 and include:
- a pre‑session consult
- minimum 1-hour photoshoot
- a selection of hi‑res images with digital and print rights
- 20 edited photos
- travel up to 1/hr from my location
- additional photos available for purchase

How do I get started?
Submit an inquiry and we’ll set up a consultation call to talk more about the vision for your photoshoot. From there, I’ll send along a photography quote for the scope of your project, and when you’re ready to move forward, we’ll onboard you as a client by setting your date and sending along a simple work agreement to get your project moving!

What happens after the session?
Post‑shoot, all the sharpest images will be culled and uploaded to an online proofing gallery as watermarked JPGS. You’ll then select the images you want edited, I’ll take them through a two‑step editing process of color‑correction and retouching, and then re‑upload them to your gallery as hi‑res digital files. Finally, you’ll receive a password and download PIN for you to access your files anywhere, anytime.

When will we get our photos?
Clients receive a link to their proofing gallery within (1) week of the shoot date with final images will be delivered within (2) weeks of image selection, unless you’re notified otherwise.

How many images will we receive?
As many as you’d like! While a minimum of 20 images comes with your base photoshoot package, depending on your needs and the project quote we discuss in consultation, additional images are available for purchase once you’ve seen your proofing gallery.

I’m terrible with posing - can you help?
Absolutely. I provide as much or as little posing direction as each client needs, so if you need a lot of direction - no worries; most of us do! - I will confidently, and gently coach you into posing that feels reflective of, and authentic to, you. General Questions
I’m based in North Carolina but am always available to travel. Clients are required to cover travel fees in addition to their contracted session fees.
Minimums simply ensure I’m covering the time I invest into each project I take on. While you may spend more than the minimum, depending on the number of hours I shoot or the number of final images selected, this is the base amount you should expect to invest.
My pricing is based on an hourly shooting fee and a per-image rate. While the minimum investment for branding photography packages is $1900, get in touch for a quote for your project.
